    Ever since the remodel, this pharmacy and store have really gone downhill. The quality of pharmacy customer service and gaps in the merchandise shelves is apparent. Wooden pallets, merchandise bins, and plastic packing trash line the pharmacy wall. Many of my neighbors told me about it, but I got to see the show for myself when trying to get a prescription filled this week. When I went to pick it up, they said, "We don't have it." After a long pause, they said they could order it and it "might" be in by the end of the week. Getting it transferred to another pharmacy that did have it in stock has only delayed getting it filled as the new pharmacy can't get them to respond to the faxed request or answer any calls. When I physically went in to talk to someone, the pharmacy was on a break and the windows were closed. Came back later to a shockingly long line. Dr's offices, patients, and other pharmacies are aware of the low quality coming from this location. Disappointing as I have been a customer here for decades.

    Almost double the price showed online...  Talk about worse bait and switch than a car dealer.

After my 4th visit, they informed…read moreme that they have been charging me sales price for my prescriptions, instead of verifying my insurance (I've had insurance this entire time). I've had multiple negative interactions with one particular gentleman. My first visit I walked in, the pharmacist behind the counter did not acknowledge me - turns out he was leaving his shift but didn't have the courtesy to address any more customers. Recently, I went through the drive through and was told to return in 15 mins (I was on break from work so couldn't). I came back an hour later, and a the same pharmacist from my first visit had just gotten on shift, said "I just got here, give me an hour," even though the previous pharmacist on shift would have already filled the script and had it ready. I explained this to him, and he repeated himself. I went back to pick up, and pharmacist charged my card and gave me 2 prescriptions (one that I'm not even taking anymore!). He didn't verify which prescriptions I was picking up, and the employee put my credit card and ID in the paper bag without informing me. $20 and 3 weeks later I have replacements, but they should inform folks EVERYTIME they are putting their important cards into a paper bag. I called twice to ask if they had my ID, and they told me to look for it more and call them back (instead of checking to see if they had it behind the counter). I went back today to pick up, the employee asked me for my information 2x to tell me I wasn't in their system (even though I have been going there consistently for 2 months). They stated they didn't have my insurance on file and needed to take down my information (all over again). I didn't receive kind and compassionate service like I am used to receiving. I'm shook that they were just charging me for all my medications rather than verifying my insurance. Worst pharmacy experience in recent years.

I've always heard amazing responses when it comes to grocery pick ups. In all honesty, I don't know what took me so long to try it, but it is officially life changing. I placed my order the night before (because I knew I needed an earlier morning pick up). Being a new mom, I was trying to schedule around feedings and naps.. my pick up time that I chose was between 8am-9am (7am-8am is the earliest for pickups). Before I left my house, I was able to "check in" and it let the stools clerks know that I was on my way. As soon as I arrived, I just had to use my app and let them know what parking spot I was in and the color of my vehicle. The store clerks greeted me and loaded my car up. I had a REALLY rough sleep night with my kiddo the night before, so it was a total bonus being able to pick these groceries up in my pajamas and I never had to leave my vehicle. One thing that I didn't do was double check the items that were ouT of stock. Fortunately, the items they were out of were not a pressing need.. but it's something I will remember to double check next time. There is a $30 minimum order requirement. I am already looking forward to my next future pick up.

Each time I visit the pharmacy, Danielle is extremely rude and provides very poor customer service. She often talks and ignores customers waiting at the pickup window. There have been several occasions when she has walked past the line of waiting patients, seen us standing there, and turned away to continue talking instead of helping. When she does assist me, her behavior is disrespectful. She has waved her wrist around while saying "hello" in a mocking tone, and when I provide my date of birth, she sarcastically says, "What is this, some kind of cheer?" Additionally, she frequently yells at other staff members and displays a consistently negative attitude. This type of conduct creates an uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment for both customers and employees. As the lead technician, Danielle should be setting a professional example, not discouraging patients from returning. Albertsons can and should do better in selecting and training its pharmacy leaders. Both customers and staff deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy. All the staff that I have interacted with have been pleasant and professional. I'm slowly trying to learn all of their names, but I can highly recommend working with Keyra, Colleen, Brittney, Malia, Ryan, and Sara. All of them have always offered me a bright smile, a friendly hello, and quick service.
