Responses that most business owners leave range from 1) none at all 2) disputing the feedback, as ridiculous and stupid as this is, 3) giving lukewarm replies as if by obligation, not choice, 4) acknowledging the stated problems, but not seeking further communication by the reviewer on a private level in order to encourage that patron to return ... But the thing that encourages me to visit and spend my money versus going to the competition are responses like the one left by this co-owner. This is an individual who really cares about the business and understands that without its customers the business evaporates. Funny thing is, I never knew much about this business even though I passed it from time to time. Now, after reading the (smart) owner's response to customer feedback, I have good feelings about the place and will definitely visit... This CVS is fairly new (relocated up about 6 or 7 blocks from their old location). So it's bright…read more& clean with a small pharmacy and a lot of random stuff, like all big CVS stores these days. My major complaint was that I couldn't get anyone in the pharmacy to help me with our FSA question. CVS's system will tell you if an item qualifies for FSA spending or not - once I had purchased the items, the receipt clearly told me. But the gals in the pharmacy had no clue how to find that data in their system (they can - I've been able to have it done at other locations). But, then again, the girl at the pharmacy counter also didn't know what an FSA was...so... Anyways, it's a nice, newish CVS with anything you'd ever want. So no major complaints.

They have always been in stock with anything I need and always has some good sales items. The pharmacy workers have always been a pleasure to work with versus Rite Aid or Walgreens. This specific CVS pharmacy has really nice pharmacists working there and they will always answer my questions. Typically I use the drive up though and it works just fine for me.

Some are polite, some are manipulative, and others are so out of it that I'm able to mumble something and hurry away. I'm writing this review tonight because we're in the middle of the Covid-19 lockdown and there are still people hanging around, getting up in people's faces. AVOID this store at all costs. It's literally hazardous to your health.
