They let us bring our dog into the waiting room, told us where we could get a rental if needed, stayed open late (on a Friday!) so we didn't have to, and didn't overcharge us. I was less than 3 gallons in and it had already shut off 5 times. At first i thought it was happening because i wasn't physically holding it like you have to do when it's broken but even after i started holding it, it kept shutting off.
