There was no apology for waiting so long, no effort to get my vaccination administered without delay, no customer service savvy displayed. When I complained staff, I assume a pharmacist, told me she had to come in on her day off. Well that comes with the territory, you know. This pharmacy does not do well by scheduled vaccinations and treats you just like they would a walk in plus they just don't display very good customer service skills in general. I saw some medications, hygiene products, beauty products, etcetera. I liked that some cosmetics had significantly reduced prices. The particular over-the-counter medication for which I was looking was not in stock. Similar products were in stock, but their prices were very high compared to what other stores charge. An employee kindly greeted me as I walked around, and I asked if the store had any other products in stock, and it did not. This store also has a pharmacy, but I have not used it recently.

The techs and pharmacists always ask if I have questions about my prescription which shows that they care and want us to be educated on the medications themselves. If I am purchasing a medication that is not over the counter and am not sure what is the best one based on symptoms, the pharmacist has come out from behind the counter and has directed me to what will be most beneficial. If needed, I will grab some cosmetic things while in the store - deodorant, toothpaste, eyeliner, greeting cards, etc. The prices are typical retail store prices. Sometimes they have a decent discount section that includes after holiday/season items and those items go fast! Overall this is a solid retail/pharmacy store in the area.
