The manager was training but didn't smile at me/greet me/ask if I need help. The duo walked past the cash register and ignored me. I said hi and asked if they could help ring me out. I wasn't in a hurry but wasn't being acknowledged at all. They told me they couldn't but someone would come help. The cashier came rushing up. I feel bad and am also annoyed managers can't get in the dirt with employees. Managers should set the example with customer service; not be exempt from it.

This pharmacy does not do well by scheduled vaccinations and treats you just like they would a walk in plus they just don't display very good customer service skills in general. This particular location is in the North Hills near McCandless Township and Wexford. This grocery store has all of the typical departments: fruits, vegetables, meats, seafood, dairy, deli, bakery, prepared foods, canned foods, frozen foods, personal-care products, household supplies, floral department, etcetera. I occasionally shop at this store for groceries. Most recently, I stopped by to cash in lottery tickets, to purchase more lottery tickets, and to pick up a few foods. At both the lottery counter and at the regular checkout, employees promptly and kindly served me. Plenty of cashiers' lanes were open and ready for customers.

Prices are slightly lower than other stores' prices. This store also has a pharmacy, vision center, and photo center. During my most recent visit, I returned some merchandise that I had purchased online, and I bought additional merchandise in person. At the customer-service desk, I had to wait in line for several minutes before an employee served me. For some reason, he thought that my pillows and pillow covers were from two separate orders, but after I explained, he correctly refunded my payment to my credit card. In the store, I looked at office supplies and over-the-counter medications, and I founded what I needed. I felt happy with the quality and prices of those products. I used the self-checkout and experienced no problems with the machine.
