Needed upgrades on the phones we purchased through Walmart 3 years prior. Everything went…read moresmoothly, or so I thought. My daughter upgraded to a different phone than what I did. Got home and her phone worked perfectly, but my phone wouldn't connect to the network and even on wifi wasn't working. Went back the following day (Sunday) and was told no-one was there to fix the situation. Went back Monday and the person couldn't "get into my account." Had to return a third time and again was told they "Couldn't access my account." Luckily a T-Mobile store was close and after running back and forth, I got a different phone and went on my way. Fast forward 1 week later, I get my T-Mobile bill. The plan I have had for 3 years was changed without discussion or my consent by the Walmart employee. My bill went from $70 to $200. I remember stating more than once that I was very happy with my current plan that had been recommended by a Walmart employee (different person) 3 years before. I now had to spend an hour on the phone with T-Mobile to get this straightened out. Shame on the employee changing my plan without my knowledge, without my consent, and with no discussion.

I placed a grocery order for delivery on 2/15/25 which was scheduled to be delivered on 2/16/25…read morewhich was delayed due to weather/drivers. On 2/18/25 I received text stating delivery was on its way, @9:45 am received another text with pic of my delivery in a snow bank beside the road not at my address. Called Meadville store immediately and was informed to call customer care 800 number, in which I did. The rep I spoke with informed me that the driver would be back in 20-30 mins which didn't happen. I have called customer service several times regarding the issue and being told by every rep that refund request has been submitted and have to wait 10 days for refund, this is unacceptable being I am disabled having mobility issues, a compressed immune system and high risk of falls.....this was my groceries for a couple weeks, now without groceries and monies!!! Even with Walmart + membership and still not correcting problems! Disgusted beyond belief
