The things they say about drive-up customers behind the scenes is very telling of their overall bad attitude. Condescending, disrespectful, and judgmental comments abound and they think us folks waiting inside don't hear them - or they simply don't care. Every time I go in to pick up a prescription I see the same bad attitudes and hear the same complaints about their customers and who has to handle drive-up customers...etc. ...etc. I went there once to pickup a prescription through the drive through on my e-bike (which looks like a motorcycle) and was told "We cannot provide service to people who come through the drive-up on a BIKE."(?) So they won't serve you on a motorcycle through the drive-up either now?!! Are they just making the rules up based on who there has to handle serving the drive-up customers and that person's current bad attitude? Unbelievable! They DO NOT like to process Rx discount coupons for sure. It looks like there is only one person here that knows how to process them and if they are out or on a break you're SoL. I can't believe CVS corporation allows these nasty condescending "holier-then-thou" jerks to not only treat customers this way but also represent the company!!
