The staff there some of the rudest most inconsiderate people I've ever came into contact with. Not only do they have poor customer service, their people skills are absolutely terrible! I can't think of a word bad enough to describe these people without swearing. If not for Jolene this review would be -5 stars. They treat me sub-par due to the medication I am perscribed. Jolene always helps the best she can (over the phone or in person). She always has a smile on her face and even goes as far as to make small talk. What a wonderful lady. I think the rest of their team should take notes from her. Do they understand that without customers they wouldn't have a job? Wow! Thank you Jolene, most of your co-workers should literally be fired. They have no business being in contact with people.

The clerk opened the giftcard and used a box cutter knife point to scratch off the pin number, and in the process destroyed the second number in the pin sequence. After trying a couple times to figure out the missing number she said sorry there is nothing we can do. I ask for a manger, she oh there is no one here that can help you here today. Sorry have a nice day. I am 81 years old did not expect to spend $90.00 out of my own money, I am on a fixed income. After two calls to customer service and one store to the store manager. I am still waiting on a emailed replacement. This started on December 23 today is December 30 so won't know if my money will be reinstated for 4 to 5 business days. I will never return to the Alliance Bath and Body and if you have to have such long beautiful nails that it is too difficult for you to do your job , stay home.

Head cashier showing the new guy how to ring out while handling a problem on another register. Process my CC and go to leave. Wait this shouldn't be $25. There's a Pet charge for 11.76 with no UPC after everything was rung up. Cashier tries to call her boss on vacation, tries to call her boss's boss, tries to call corporate. They say check the camera to see what else was rung up - nothing. Send me a pic of the receipt. No one knows what happened or how to remove the extra charge from my card. After waiting for almost TWO hours the 3 working cashiers step up and try to take cash back on their Chime cards to give me cash from their own pockets but the cards won't go through. New guy comes up and says he'll use his credit card, card won't go through. CC machines are down everyone has to use cash. Head cashier finally breaks down and take cash from the register to refund me 11.76. She is in tears - her register will be short and she will be written up. PLEASE do not let this happen. These customer oriented employees are the kind you want to keep. Please do not let this woman get written up for solving the customers problem when no one else could.....
