So disappointed on being stereotyped today . I moved to this area 1 year ago and have been to this store on many occasions. I have always found the team here to be so pleasurable and helpful. However, today was the first experience I had that left me feeling pretty awful. I walked into the store (not feeling well so look pretty bad) to pick up a prescription.. upon entering the store Hilary was sitting on a stool and I noted how she looked at me and my handbag but proceeded to the pharmacy... only to find that she was watching me and as I was waiting on line to pick up my prescription asked me "is there anything I can help you with sweetie "! She follows my there to make sure I wasn't stealing and was pretty obvious about it . So absolutely uncomfortable .. I have never been made to feel like this. I'm 21 years old now and living in a different state and I remember just being in elementary school and having my parents go here for ice cream only lol. Saturday April 15, 2023 at 6:40 PM I came to the store to purchase hair, bleach, and a brush, and a container for the bleach I was helped by this beautiful, nice cashier with bright colored hair and beautiful accessories for her associate with glasses was extremely rude to me and stereotyped me following me around the store, as if I was going to steal something but changed her tune. Once she saw that I was a paying customer. I felt very uncomfortable by this woman and this was the worst experience I've ever had in any store. I didn't think that racial profiling was still a thing in 2023 I really hope that the manager of the store will take action against the employee who racially profiled me today I've also seen that there are other complaints about the same person I'm talking about please do something about their actions, PS, the beautiful, bright, colored haired girl deserves a raise read more

This Rite Aid is exceptional! The parking lot always has plenty of accessible places to park, the facility is clean both inside and out, and the staff are friendly, quick, and knowledgable. I typically fill my prescriptions at this location and they have never once been out of stock or had me wait. I enjoy coming to this location because it is convenient and the store runs efficiently. read more

I have been going to this store for awhile now. Best pharmacy service. Always has my Rx in stock! Quick in n out. Friendly employees! Parking lot has plenty of parking. And is clean inside and out! Always great customer service at the Thriftys ice cream counter. The employees are always so nice to us, but especially to our kids. Our son only gets a single and whomever is working usually gives him a little more. Today, our 1 year old had a taste of ice cream for the first time as she was given a free cone with a tiny bit of ice cream in it. I prefer Thriftys over Baskin Robins so I am happy that it's only a 5 minute drive. read more

EVERYTIME I use this pharmacy (which is normally when my regular pharmacy is closed) I've had awful experiences. Today I went to the emergency room and was prescribed an inhaler and it was electronically sent over there. I called rite aid to confirm it, they said they never received it. I called the ER THREE times and had the prescription sent over electronically and I even went, in person, back to the ER to have the doctor call the pharmacy! They sent it over 3 times and left a voicemail. Rite aid claimed to have never received it! I was IN THE ROOM WITH THE DOCTOR WHEN SHE LEFT THE VOICEMAIL TO THE PHARMACY, WHICH I GAVE HER THE NUMBER MYSELF!! Before all of this, i called and spoke to the pharmacist;asking if they could reach out to the doctor herself and get an over-the-phone prescription down and they told me NO. I work at a pharmacy, I know how it all works! How could you tell a patient flat out "no" when they're trying to bring in business to you?! Absolutely the worst customer service, from the pharmacist herself, I've had my entire life!!! Here I am, 10 hours later still having trouble breathing because I couldn't get my inhaler!!!! read more

honestly i only been on one half of the store ..lol the ice cream ...!! but the side i do go on iz alwayz stock , clean & i hav access 2 what i need ... every time i do go 2 thiz store it'z never business alwayz empty .. me & the cashier might hav a few word then im out ... Very Awesome staff. I haven't met one rude person there yet. I started Going there because I was sick of waiting in line at walgreens/walmart for some rude person. alas with Rite-aid hardly ever a line and never a rude person. Also lowest red-bull prices in the twin cities as of Jan 2011 anyway. read more

Just FYI: Drive thru pharmacy ALWAYS closes 1/2 prior to posted time. However u can access Pharmacy by walking thru stire until posted closing hours. Been here yrs, always kind people. read more
