I had a disappointing experience when asking about a nebulizer kit at Norco. I explained that I…read moreonly needed the tubing part for the machine, not the entire nebulizer machine, and that I didn't have a prescription for it. The older lady who answered my phone call insisted that I needed a prescription, and I said okay. I then asked how much the piece was, and she said $3 without insurance. She mentioned that it was quite the process with insurance and that she couldn't provide it without a prescription because it could cost her job. I thought that was a bit much to just throw out there. I wasn't arguing with her or upset; I was just saying, "Wow, that's quite the process." The conversation roughly ended with her hanging up right after. I wasn't rude I was simply trying to understand the process, especially because I've been severely sick the last few days. As someone who was sick and in need of help, I felt the lack of empathy and professionalism was very disappointing. I was simply trying to understand the process, and the way it was handled was unprofessional and insensitive. You need to do better, Ontario Oregon Norco, when hiring staff. She obviously is not happy in her position or just an unhappy person in general.
