She did a very thorough body massage which was very relaxing. I decided to come back and do the infrared sauna and the float tank. I feel like everybody should do those at least once in their life. I spent half an hour in the sauna and then moved to the float tank for another half hour. I did it fairly early in the day and next time it will be in the afternoon so I can just come home and go to sleep. It was that relaxing and the prices are decent so if you're in the mood to pamper yourself this is the place to go!

But all that has ever happened to me before Dr. Stromberg was pain and suffering. I always gave up in frustration. But now, Dr. Stromberg is putting me on the road to healing. I never thought it was possible, but I'm actually getting better. Because I have to work physically, it is slower progress than if I did not have to work physically, but he works with me and my limitations. I'm finally getting better. If I had a serious need for physical therapy, I would not see anyone else.
