I was pleasantly surprised to find the store very clean and welcoming unlike other Rite Aid's I have visited in the past. Kimberly approached me asking if I needed assistance and quickly helped me find everything I needed. In addition to this deal on water, overall prices are below those found in most resorts stores. Their non-pharmacy items are more expensive than anywhere else. And now with total self check out there's no one to help you if you need something. Lately I've noticed some smaller, Privately owned pharmacies are opening up. My research is showing they will provide better service at reasonable prices for me so I'm done with CVS. Today's experience was five star, and Hennessey provided a model for how all, retail employees should interact with customers. There were two customers in front of me, each with unique issues that required more time and attention. Hennessey handles each one with exemplary customer service in terms of her caring, competency, and efficiency. I had a coupon from the drug manufacturer that also required some extra attention and Hennessy handled it quickly. it seems like good. Customer service is a thing of the past, and it is most refreshing to find an employee who exemplifies what customer service should be. Kudos to Hennessey and wall greens. As a footnote, this might be the very first time I have given five stars on a yelp review

The staff was so helpful! i had car troubles in the parking lot that resulted in hurting my hand. A…read morewoman working was able to help me with my car and provided first aid. She was helpful, considerate, and even checked back to make sure we had our problem resolved when she didn't have to. A younger employee helped me find everything I needed, as my vision isn't great. Everyone at the store really made a bad situation so much better! It gave me a neighborhood community pharmacy feeling, I can't thank them enough.

I just called the store to find out what the ingredients in a prescription vitamin are and 1) they answered their phone immediately, 2) the pharmacist got on the line and answered the question in detail.
