But this store is clean, has fun non-food items, cheesy slogans, great produce and real bargains! You need to learn the system. They have some foods on a regular basis but other items are added as they get them. You can't get other things-like big heavy garbage bags. And finding where bags are located was an aerobic adventure! They may not have what your looking for but what you find can become a new fav. But like Kim G said if Grocery Outlet in another town, Watch expiration dates! I never thought to check but found some can be close! But salads and some produce have been good. For some reason they have better russet potatoes and they had broccoli that tasted picked out of the field! Who knew?? The cashier sent me to customer service for help with the discounts. Jared in Customer service at the Roseburg OR Safeway refunded the amount I should have had discounted, almost $20. Then he tried to get my app sorted out & called their customer service on my behalf. I will not to until tomorrow, if my app is correct now Bug Shout out to Jared!

They used to carry produce items in the past 8 months that they don't anymore, too. It's hard to count on finding what you need for your meal prep. The store is clean, bright and I like the brands they carry for milk and eggs. The meat department has great service and can have excellent deals and quality but not on all items. I brought my daughter in first thing in the morning, not for an appointment but to ask a question pertaining to getting a COVID-19 test for her. We were received by the COVID screener who directed us to the clinic window were we patiently waited about ten minutes for the receptionist to finish her phone conversation and slide the window open. The first thing I noticed the receptionist was wearing her mask below her nose, not proper use of PPE. I politely asked her about getting an order for a COVID test for my daughter and she went a little sideways on us, she took a tone and related that my daughter shouldn't even be in the building and that we should have stayed in our car and called in from the parking lot, granted my daughter wanted a C-19 test but she wasn't showing any symptoms but believed she was exposed to it. Receptionist said that it had to be four days after exposure to get a test and also that they wouldn't do the test there and that I would have to take my daughter some where else. In my opinion, not a good example to be setting when your preaching COVID protocols and at the same time your not properly wearing your mask.

I met with Dr. Gray and confirmed there was only a problem in my right eye. She gave me a chance to try glasses for the left eye only and keep the cataract as it was good close up and the other would be for distance. I had trouble adjusting to two different visions so we set up an appointment for surgery at the Vision Surgery and Laser Center. Someone called me to do a pre check-in. It was quick and easy. They sent texts to confirm my appointment and sent instructions for the day of the surgery. I arrived the day of the surgery with all my necessary items was greeted and check in was fast. I felt comfortable in the office. I was called back and was given a big comfy recliner with a warm blanket to rest before surgery. The nurse was nice and explained everything that would happen and how I may feel during surgery. They put a line in your arm so they can give you a 'twilight' anesthesia. The nurse had worked in the Operating Room fir 32 years so I knew she was capable of whatever was needed. Dr. Gray came in to be sure I was ok and ready. They took me to surgery and the next I know I was in recovery. I didn't remember anything about the surgery. The center is run extremely well with top notch support and medical staff. They cover everything to make you feel at ease with the surgery. The place is clean and, yet, warm and comfortable. A 5/5 is not enough for what they do from check-in through check-out!!

Some divine force led me to him and Hallelujah- a doctor who listens. He screens you and your medical records through a very fine sieve and determines if he can entrust you with his care. There is something almost sacred that is the trust between doctor and patient and my relationship with Dr. George has restored that. He cares, he really cares and he is very careful with your health. I am so appreciative of him and his manager Terry- she is an angel, but a tough one. Do not try to pull any fast ones here. it won't fly. Thank you so much- I am able to to get out and work.
