It was actually the WORST shopping experience I nearly ever had. The guy said, "We're closing in 4 min" That's ok I get it, it's Christmas Eve and he wants to be home with his family. If that was the case he should have took the day off. What got my goat and prompted this review was when my sister in law asked me what he said, I told her. Then he said "Actually 3 min" , As I walked out I said I ain't taking this crap" So here I am standing on the cold waiting for my family to come out. I couldn't in good conscience spend my money in s place in which I was do rudely treated. The item I needed was only about ten dollars but me it's the principle . There I vented I feel better now.

The pharmacist and Pharmacy tags are all super nice to me. They're very efficient and proficient and they do their jobs well. But they're also super friendly and knowledgeable wish I appreciate. Now keep in mind i was just following THEIR store procedures as instructed , i was simply calling ahead to reserve a pack of these hard to get basketball cards. Anyhow the guy clearly "acted" like he took my name down but probably did not. I rode my bike ALL the way down there in a rush and when i got to the store and asked for the cards, the guy was highly upset for some weird reason. He proceeded to tell Me that "the cards were still on the truck and have not even been put on the racks yet". With an attitude. Well jesus bud, i just called and reserved a pack, you said you had them on the phone when i called, i rode all the way down there in a rush because you said on the phone my name was taken down for a reserved pack. Im here NOW can i get them or not????? So damn confusing and a waste of time. If You have them, then sell them. Its a store for gods sakes, im a customer, i came here specifically to get that one item. Not anything else, that one item i called in ahead and everything. And IF trully they are indeed still on the truck and havent been put on shelves yet, how about telling me when's a good time to come back perhaps instead of looking at me like i did something wrong. The store is always clean and never looks cluttered or looks like they're stocking as I'm shopping because they've obviously done it at night when no one's there! I wish Kroger would that! Anyhow, the only reason I didn't give them the fifth star is I'm really annoyed that they won't reopen their dressing rooms. As a woman we all understand usually that certain things don't look great on us or we're uncertain if we want to buy something without trying it on first. They've have a lot of sales on their clothes. It would appear that they'd sell a lot more if the dressing rooms would reopen. I understand it puts a lot of work on people, but Meijer really appears to be pretty organized so I think they could handle this challenge. Looking back when they started doing this it was 2020 of course. No one was allowed to use the dressing room for fear that it would be severely contaminated with Covid & we'd all die at Meijer trying on clothes. Looking back, you'd think they will want to fix this issue & allow us to try on cute tops or dresses, etc., etc. They probably would not have to open the men's dressing room because men don't really shop the way women do. But I would guarantee a big jump in sales if Meijer would consider doing this again. So please read this Meijer executives and know that we are very disappointed with this no dressing room policy!

The pharmacist and his technicians are rude and can't read simple directions. My doctor has encouraged me to change pharmacies because they will find a reason to delay filling my scripts every time. I have insulin every month on auto refill yet they are out of it every month and I have to wait and ration my insulin. They argue with my doctors over every script and are about as unprofessional of a pharmacy as I've ever seen. I have been a CVS customer for years and never had issues but this pharmacy should be shut down or at least all new staff that treat patients with respect. They have treated my elderly mother the same way as well. I will be transferring all of our family's prescriptions to Kroger pharmacy. This is just too stressful to go through and to be talked down to each and every month.
