It was actually the WORST shopping experience I nearly ever had. The guy said, "We're closing in 4 min" That's ok I get it, it's Christmas Eve and he wants to be home with his family. If that was the case he should have took the day off. What got my goat and prompted this review was when my sister in law asked me what he said, I told her. Then he said "Actually 3 min" , As I walked out I said I ain't taking this crap" So here I am standing on the cold waiting for my family to come out. I couldn't in good conscience spend my money in s place in which I was do rudely treated. The item I needed was only about ten dollars but me it's the principle . There I vented I feel better now.

Horrible Service. I called to reserve some NBA Prizm Basketball cards that they sell there and the…read moreguy at the store was a real jerk on the phone with Me. Now keep in mind i was just following THEIR store procedures as instructed , i was simply calling ahead to reserve a pack of these hard to get basketball cards. Anyhow the guy clearly "acted" like he took my name down but probably did not. I rode my bike ALL the way down there in a rush and when i got to the store and asked for the cards, the guy was highly upset for some weird reason. He proceeded to tell Me that "the cards were still on the truck and have not even been put on the racks yet". With an attitude. Well jesus bud, i just called and reserved a pack, you said you had them on the phone when i called, i rode all the way down there in a rush because you said on the phone my name was taken down for a reserved pack. Im here NOW can i get them or not????? So damn confusing and a waste of time. If You have them, then sell them. Its a store for gods sakes, im a customer, i came here specifically to get that one item. Not anything else, that one item i called in ahead and everything. And IF trully they are indeed still on the truck and havent been put on shelves yet, how about telling me when's a good time to come back perhaps instead of looking at me like i did something wrong. No Help, jerks behind the counter. Highly upset. Good experience getting an oil change today, that ended up with new tire, tire pressure sensors and…read morevalve stems (TPMS), and wiper blades. I got there at 7:30 for an oil change, no appointments, first come first serve. I wanted the tires rotated, but that can't happen, due to Walmart policy, since they were dry rotted, I was told. Tires are 6 years old and needing replaced, which usually mean research, and trying to find the best deal on Michelins. So I asked for a tire quote and said I wanted all new valve too. Quick quote, no Michelins, they have Goodyears, was told last week the Goodyears were discounted due to Black Friday, of course, so I did a quick internet search.... price for the Goodyear tires seemed in line with other "tire" places so I said OK. When can you get me in, we'll we have an 8am appointment, but if they don't show up, your next, it,'s 8am and the oil change is done. I'm told they give a 15min. grace period. Well the 8am doesn't show up.....I'm right in. Next issue is my 08' Accord has one piece valve stem and TPMS, they only have three, but they call the other Walmart in Springfield, bam they have the one piece TPMS I need. Walmart does not have runners, so I call, Richelle, tell here the story and say we can go to breakfast after the part transportation trip. Richelle picks me up, we do a round trip, when I get back I'm told the other tire will be done in 20min. We go to breakfast at Studebaker's, and I got the text that the job is done. Accord has new shoes. I got text updates the whole time. Staff was friendly. Service was quick. Thanks to the 8am who didn't show up, so go early.

Kent is not a qualified doctor of pharmacy and has an outdated Bachelors degree that is so old it was grandfathered in. He is neither a woman or a doctor and allowing him to deny plan b, a valid contraception approved by the FDA and generally available without a prescription, is a slippery slope. What forms of contraceptions will he deny next in the name of misguided understandings to the science and facts of the human reproductive system? Kent is forcing his beliefs on a community with limited access to important and vital medication. Kent was rude to me when I initially called to verify the information I had learned and researched. He stated that he did not know when he would have more plan b and fumbled with his words when I requested for him to help me understand why I was hearing that he sent an entre shipment back. Kent then hung up on me and when I called back refused to give me any information on who I could contact regarding this issue of Kent wanting to force women into pregnancy.
