This company is a complete scam. They bill my insurance for supplies and never send them to me. I have tried calling them but I go on hold for 45 minutes, then they usually hang up. I got a script for small portable tanks and a portable concentrator. When I called I was told to fax it in and they would call with a delivery time. My sleep medicine doctor's office arranged for RITECARE to provide me with a RESMED CPAP machine for my sleep apnea. From day one they were the worst: Did not call when they were supposed to; did not show up when they were supposed to; incomplete instructions; repeatedly being put on hold for unreasonable wait times; repeatedly being disconnected while on hold or while being transferred; not receiving callbacks; exceptional rudeness and rushed manners!!!!!!!!!! Upon describing my experience to my doctors office, the office admitted they also don't get callbacks and get hung up on, and have been terrible to to deal with. I have read the other bad reviews, but we had no choice in the matter after being denied service by Medstar supply company. I have to give the credit to these people because it's deserved. They really got me out of a pickle when the other company was willing to let my father go without oxygen because of a small technicality, that wasn't even any of their business or information that they needed to know. This company is awful. I had an equipment failure and when I tried to call them, I was on hold for over an hour and no one answered the call. I tried to call multiple times throughout the day and never got a representative.Their automated system says that they are committed to "Quality Care and Patient Service". Are they kidding? This is ridiculous. I received a bill. I tried to call the billing department but no one answers the phone. The automated phone system asks you to leave a message but no one calls back. Ask your doctor not to use this company. I wish I could give this company no stars. They don't deserve one star. read more

She should probably get back on unemployment benefits as soon as possible. When I advised the rep that I already had an appointment for today, initially she said that she didn't have a record for when, then following a lengthy hold she confirmed that there was an appointment for today. 6/23 - 3:30 pm I contacted Customer Service to reconfirm appointment and was told that none had been scheduled for me today. This is the worst company. They cheat and scam. They were supposed to sent to my mom, who is 100 years old a foam MATRESS, it is not, and is ruinning my mom's back, the pain is terrible. They sent a mattress, that Is made in layers, which is hard and is sinking. I sent one e-mail with the picture of the mattress and two mails that were never answered. I called today at 9am and their answer is that only one person read e-mails and that she would called me back. I called again at twelve twenty eight and I left a message for the general manager whose name is April and I never received her called back. I called again at 12:44 and again at 12:53, the employee's name is Maggie who, again, transfer me without positive results. I called again at 12:57, and the manager April who never answered my call, answer this time. Will She solve this problem????. Who knows, I am waiting for her call back. This company gives new meaning to "the gang who couldn't shoot straight" Dealing with them is an almost complete waste of time and resources. They sent wrong items different from what was on their written order, also broken accessory, then failed to replace broken accessory rendering delivered item unusable. Telephone agents are undertrained and incoherent when responding to simple questions regarding orders, service etc. they are evidently the supplier of choice for some NYC nursing and rehab centers (such as DeWitt) -- I strongly suggest you protect yourself in advance by instructing medical providers to not specify or use RiteCare for your supplies. read more

Awful! Forever to pick up phone, then often hang up. Never fill recurring C-pap scrip without huge problems and constant calls from me. Lie frequently about reasons for problems, i.e. Telling me the insurance authorization just arrived when I can see online it arrived a week earlier. Just sent refill mask a month late after hours of work on my part ( as usual), and it isn't even the one on my prescription! Literally the worst company on the face of the planet. Would give negative stars if I could. Zero customer service. Had a prescription faxed over to them, called to confirm they received it (which they did), and waited for a week and a half before calling them to check its status. When I called nothing had been done. After several consecutive days of calling them to help move the ball along, they finally said it would be shipped out in another week. After speaking to several unhelpful and rude customer service reps (one yelled at me, another transferred me to a voicemail I explicitly requested not to be sent to), I finally spoke to a manager. Given the recent dealings with the company, I requested the shipment of my prescription be expedited, and the manager said he would not do so and hung up on me. It is another New York business with no concept of customer service. My mom's prescription was send to them in december 2014 by her insurance for a wheel chair. I called them several times and left messages for delivery. Finally I get hold of sales person in march who said it will be delivere in few days. In April I called again and sales person said that the diagontics codes were missing. I mentioned that they were on the prescription and her insurance has already reviwed and approved it. Ended up talking to supervisor. She said that now prescription is too old from december, go back to your doctor and a get new one. Wish I was back in Kansas. read more

Very bad service. They delivered my mother's wheelchair without the legs and cushions. Trying to get in touch with them over the phone was almost impossible. I was on hold for 40 minutes once and then 25 minutes the next time. No one ever answered the phone. I called back 4-5 times over a period of two days before I got through. Meanwhile my mother had a wheelchair that she could not use. They finally delivered the legs after a week. We are still waiting for close to a month for the wheelchair cushions. This company is a bunch of con artists. They called my Mom making believe they were from her doctors office and recommended a back brace, knee brace, ankle brace, and elbow brace. When she said she didnt need any, they had the audacity to deliver all four braces anyways and bill her insurance for them! A fellow by the name of Zalman called my home a week later asking if she needed vacuusuction therapy, which is actually a pump for erectile dysfunction. What nerve. When I called the following day to speak with Levi, the supposed manager of this backward establishment, I was given his voicemail and have since left four unreturned messages. I've only written 2 negative reviews and both are about this company. i rented a hospital bed from them. My grandfather died in it. They didn't pick it up for 2 months and when they did they left the motor and mattress sitting on my lawn. Extremely disrespectful company stay away. This company provides used, dirty, not sanitized, broken equipment. They send out the cheap supplies and equipment, but bill to get paid by insurances for the expensive items. They scam patients and insurance companies with asking to get signatures for delivery tickets for payment they have been denied for, over 2 years ago. They do not follow Joint commission requirements but seem to pass it all the time. Setting up fake employee folders, and meetings forging signatures, setting up fake deliveries for the joint commission. I will never recommend this company to any one.
