When my clothes dryer went out, I headed to Facebook, looking for recommendations. Rittenberry Appliance was mentioned more times than any other repair service, so I called them and got an appointment for the next day. The following morning, I received a call from them saying that their service man was finished with a job early, and could he show up at my house before our appointment time? Of course, I agreed. And who shows up, but the owner of the business himself! Mr. Rickey quickly diagnosed the problem, had the necessary parts on his truck, and gave me a fair price. The woman answering the phone is very nice and professional. The owner is nice and knows what he's doing. If you have Joshua come out to fix anything just know that it won't get fixed, then after him coming out for the 8th time, replacing different parts, and many fees later, he can get it done. I noticed our refrigerator was not working properly so I called Rittenberry. They had somebody at our house within the hour to repair it.

First time dealing with this company, the company we rent from had them come out to fix our oven. The woman on the phone is so kind and helpful. They were able to work with my schedule and got the job done much quicker than expected! They will be closed next week so they made sure to come and fix it ASAP so I wouldn't have to go another week without an oven! Very pleased, thank you guys! read more

They refuse to work on several name brand appliances to include Samsung, LG etc because they "don't like having to come back and fix things again". I offered to pay their service charge just to come tell me what is wrong with my refrigerator, and they refused "because we're not trained on it" read more

My refrigerator quit cooling sometime during the night. I called them and they were able to get me worked into their schedule for that day. He had the parts with him to get it fixed in under 30 minutes. I couldn't be any happier with their service from start to finish. read more
