AV REPAIR SPECIALISTS did everything right: their communication was excellent, their scheduling was excellent and flexible with our needs, then the tech they send was so knowledgeable he walked in with the part needed, went straight to the fridge, removed the bad ice maker and installed the new one. Was in and out in less than 30 minutes. The technician was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and excellent customer service. We found out they work on many brands and types of appliances so it's definitely worth a call if something is broken. I believe they are straight forward and honest.
