Jeff had initially told me $3800 for my rather large deck plus we needed a wheelchair ramp that I thought to be impossible to build given the space of good solid ground he had to work with up the street. My mom had to have it. Her health isn't good. Jeff explained to me that there could be more added at the end depending on what took place at my mom's home. If it turned taking him the entire 5 days he allotted for my two projects the total would $6100.00 which I thought was a great deal due to the situation at my mom's. Jeff and I decided to knock my Deck out then move to my mom's. These guys were done with my deck in 2 days. But when they finished at my mom's and was packing up to leave after day 3 I was astonished. Especially when Jeffrey came to collect for the job. I paid $3,000 up front like Jeffrey asked. That would have left another $3100. When he told me all I owed was $2,000 I almost cried. Awesome man of God!

Despite the threat of foul weather, we were able to ask for their inspection after 5pm on Thursday, and they were on that roof before 10am Friday - and the estimate was on our desktops before 11am that same day! The men that inspected were, needless to say, prompt, very professional, thorough, and a real pleasure to work with. If there were 10 stars available, it still wouldn't be enough... These folks are - pardon the pun - over the top with their customer service! I was told they had a system that had moved the deal to lost, but they admitted that was an accidental issue on their side. Then, I was repeatedly told someone would call, but I never heard. The last straw was when I called and was told they had been dialing the wrong number for me - I only have one number. Then they called back (number works now) and said that everything was worked out, but now they have had a "significant" (their words) price increase, and the minimum order I had been quoted of $700 would now be $1500. That is not customer service and is not how business should be done. I offer this review as a warning to others. There are other companies, and hopefully, you will have a good experience. I did not.

Touched up 16 yrs of wear and tear of interior, repainted two rooms, installed grab bar at too of stairs, painted bare block "safe room", added epoxy on bare concrete floor, now, instead of looking grim, looks warm, comfortable, 3. Stripped, refinished wood entry, master bath built in cabinetry, 4. Removed old, installed new roof, 5. Repaired work botched by three previous contractors on composite deck aluminum rail system. The previous botched because assumed same as plain wooden deck, refused to read mfr's instructions of how to do, even when I printed, gave them copies of manuals. Amazingly, these guys already knew what to do! Turned a horrific mess into a thing of beauty, as was intended. 6. Last contractor never cleaned up job site, left trash, debris, scrap scattered everywhere, refused to finish the job and clean up mess. But R & J cleaned up the mess, hauled it all away, 7. Garage ceiling dry wall had a crack from side to side, they repaired, refinished. Also epoxied bare concrete floor. 8. I have a "wild" 2 acre yard, let to go to support critters. Due to age, can no longer maintain, keep "clean". They took care of it, did a beautiful job. In short, they were expert at every task I gave them, did meticulous expertly done work, exactly as I have been trying to find locally for the last 17 years, and their pricing was better than any local quotes.

Jake, the owner, quickly responded to my request for a quote. He described how they would do the ceiling. He had a machine that had a vacuum attachment that removed nearly all of the dust. He showed us pictures of some of his recent work and we were sold. Although they were busy, we got on their schedule quickly. Tommy, the crew lead, was absolutely amazing. His team had a work ethic that you rarely witness. Their attention to detail was superb. Even after a couple of months, I walk into the redone rooms and just smile. They exceeded my expectations and I've recommended them to several friends. I strongly recommend them to you too.
