Dr. Warren and the staff are beyond anything I expected. From the second I walked in to the office,…read moreI felt so comfortable and taken care of. The staff is very knowledgeable and were patient with me as I asked questions regarding various procedures. During my Sculpt and Pellefirm treatments, the staff made sure I felt comfortable and I appreciated that she eased the mood by joking about different things and distracting me. I was expecting to feel discomfort during my Pellefirm treatments but she made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure and asked me every few minutes, how I was feeling. The procedure took less than an hour and a hour and I had 5 "areas done" - think full legs front and back. She even asked me what kind of music I liked and played it for me. Once we were done with the procedures, she made sure to give me all the instructions or post-procedure care (there is no down time, just made sure I didn't go in a hot tub immediately after the procedure). She was very kind and considerate and wanted to know how I was feeling and what types of realistic results I should expect. I appreciated her level of concern as a patient/client and the honesty regarding my results. A week after my procedures, I feel great and already feel like my skin is tighter and my cellulite appearance is going away, and my problem areas are starting to go away - cannot wait to see my 6 week results. The clinic/spa is beautiful. The Tiffany blue themes and the elegant beachy decor is the way to every girl's heart. Thank you, Dr. Warren and staff, for making my trip to Sculpt so positive. I will for sure be coming back for more treatments!

I had breast implants 500cc , a Tummy Tuck , lipo of the saddlebags, and a lower eyelid surgery. The whole process was amazing ...he is a very caring kind dr and his staff as well always made me comfortable. I also loved that I never had to wait long to be seen ever and thats to me in itself is amazing! I am hoping to get a BBL down the line and I will definitely be going back to Dr. Hubbard for any future surgeries! Thank you Dr Hubbard and Staff!

I've been doing Botox for years and having recently moved to Virginia, this was my first treatment…read morein a new state. I met with Denise for my consult, not the doctor in December 2016. There were no mini ice packs before, during or after my injections. (These are great to reduce redness, swelling and bruising plus they help numb the injection site.) Last, Denise didn't draw up the Botox in front of me, which made me feel very uncomfortable as I like to physically see that I'm getting exactly what I'm paying for. I always stay around 25 units but Denise did over 45, the most I've ever had. My results were not good. Too much Botox caused my eyebrows to push down and one eye to droop. At the same time my droopy eye also had a new deep crease wrinkle above it. My crows feet didn't look like I had any injections at all. Clearly I had too much in areas and not enough in other areas. Denise stated that I had to allow 14 days for the full effect and return at 3 weeks for a follow-up. I thought this was odd and honestly brushed off the 14 day statement at first as my Botox always kicks in by day 3 and I have full results at one week, not two. However, she was correct. This was so odd to me that the process took so long for the Botox to take effect. I can only assume their hydration of the Botox is very high (meaning the product is very diluted). I went back for a followup at 3 weeks and I explained how unhappy I was. Denise made excuses for why I had such poor results and tried to sell me more Botox. I agreed I needed more around the eyes as oddly this didn't take at all, but certainly not my forehead which caused my eye to droop. Regardless, I didn't feel comfortable buying more product from her considering my results. Since I've been getting Botox for so many years, I can go about 5 months between sessions. However, this round was unusual and oddly wore off faster than my other treatments. I had to get another round of Botox less than 3 months later, from a different practice. Obviously, I won't be a returning client at this practice. With this being said, I wouldn't tell someone not to seek Botox at this establishment. You may go and have great results or you may have poor results. Still, if you go, take your own ice pack, (her injections are hard and deep) and ask her to draw up the Botox in front of you. I recommend going with small doses and later adding more if needed. Don't fall for the pressure that you "NEED" more if it's out of your normal range or if your first time getting Botox. You can always get more Botox but you can't remove it. If you get bad results, take it as an expensive lesson learned and move on to a new DOCTOR. If you get decent results, watch how quickly it wears off. If it seems fast, then try a different practice for comparison. Botox has to be diluted at the physicians office and all offices/spas do this differently. Heavily diluted Botox makes the practice a ton of money as they get more product this way. Good for them, not so good for you. You may have to get more units of Botox to achieve the look you want and it will wear off faster, forcing you to return for more. (This is very true for those Botox Groupon offers! Avoid these!!) You can always ask what their concentration level is for their Botox, however, you will have to take their word as honest. The product will just have to speak for itself.

I genuinely hate having to write this review because I initially had very high hopes for this…read morepractice. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind, friendly, and approachable... almost to the point where it felt too good to be true. Unfortunately, my experience ultimately left me feeling unsafe, dismissed, and deeply disappointed. Last year, I was prescribed a medication that I later learned should not have been given without proper lab screening and results beforehand. That was my first major red flag. I was also told the medication would remain viable for up to a year, which I later found out was apparently inaccurate as well. What concerned me most, however, was the sourcing of the medication itself. It came from a compounding pharmacy in Houston that has had multiple FDA safety recalls and controversies associated with it. From what I could find, the pharmacy publicly dismisses the concerns as a "witch hunt by big pharma," but that explanation did not inspire confidence. I later learned the practice had apparently known about concerns surrounding this pharmacy since at least late 2024, yet continued using them well into 2025. I'm now told they no longer use that provider, but no one ever informed me...despite me being one of the patients directly affected. It wasn't until I ended up in the ER with concerning symptoms far beyond what I had been told to expect that I decided to research the medication more deeply myself and immediately stop using it. What made the situation even more frustrating was that when I tried to discuss these concerns afterward, I was refused a remote consultation and told I needed to come in person to "discuss" things. Honestly, after everything that happened, that response felt dismissive and uncomfortable. The trust is already broken. On top of that, I also received a chemical peel here as a birthday gift to myself. I left with my face extremely red and swollen and was told this was "normal." A large red patch developed on my forehead, which they described as "light frosting," but it lasted for over a month. I felt incredibly self-conscious in public during that time. I've had chemical peels before and never experienced anything remotely this severe. Overall, I just walked away feeling like my safety and concerns were not truly prioritized. I'm not writing this expecting any kind of resolution... I know how difficult it is for individual patients to challenge establishments like this. I'm simply leaving this review so others can make informed decisions, advocate for themselves, ask detailed questions, and thoroughly research both procedures and medication sourcing before moving forward.
