The customer is not made aware that this truly is a NOT body circumference of 360 degrees because mostly it requires full anesthesia to reach actually and safely reach those depths within the tissue around your abdomen but customers are deceived into thinking that this will be achieved they will literally see results "all around" the full abdomen area we paid for. Please present this to necessary parties at the local office in Norfolk VA and see if again I can just get what was quoted in my package as "waist area" but yet I have extra skin lapsing in the sides of abdominal area, creating an undesired non-aesthetic appearance, and of course causing me as a consumer to ultimately spend thousands more for a repair the company is not willing to negotiate at a reasonable rate and not even consider it a revision but an additional surgery.  We as healthcare consumers are entitled to the same rights as any other type consumer that ensures proper regulation and practices and we also have medical protections within our state surgical and plastic surgical licensing entities and board certification agencies. There are several lawsuits existing throughout the country against the corporation and their unsatisfactory practices that can be googled and freely obtained by the public so I would just like to receive a partial refund and leave the situation gracefully and not have to continue with the legal courses of actions I have initiated for my protection as a consumer." Someone then came out, handed me a laptop to complete the intake forms, and told another staff member that I was in the lobby. I heard the other staff member respond, "Okay," but after finishing the paperwork, I continued waiting for another 15 minutes. After waiting a total of 30 minutes past my appointment time without anyone coming to take me back or even updating me on the delay, I decided to leave without being seen. I understand that offices can run behind, but a simple acknowledgment or communication would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing first impression. Looking back, I wish I had read the reviews beforehand, as my experience was similar to what others have described. I hope the clinic improves its communication and respect for patients' time.
