As she waxed my brows she kept saying how I REALLY needed this but didn't even do the top of my brow! Then she put the tint on my brows and lashes and never even asked if I'd had this done before, if I was uncomfortable or if my skin was hurting/ burning. The nail in the coffin for me was when she charged me $50.00 for a $35.00 service according to her own website! I have all of this black tint under my eyes like a football player! My husband asked me why I was crying and my daughter asked if I messed up my mascara. Bottom line... DO NOT have these services done by Regina and if you do go there VERIFY and AGREE to the price BEFORE you have any services done! I WAS RIPPED OFF!!! The only reason I even gave 1 star was because she answered the phone.
