Rafael was always available and responded immediately. After the work was done, he kept checking to see how things were and if we needed anything that wasn't satisfactory. He made some adjustments to the initial bid after I changed my mind on some smaller items. We had all of the exterior trim on the house painted and almost all of the interior rooms. The crew was on time every morning and finished ahead of schedule. They took care taping and covering to prep the painting areas. The crew did miss one section of the living room wall above the windows, and I didn't catch it during the final walkthrough. I texted Rafael expecting him to say the work was finished as of the walkthrough. But no! He sent someone to finish it the very next morning. I was thrilled. Palmira was a great company to work with. I shared some pictures, he quoted me a very reasonable price, and he sent his tech over in an hour. James was warm and funny, fixed the wall lickety-split ( he apologized for how long it took, but I thought it was dang fast!!) Wall looks like it was never damaged.We have a very stressed out cat, and James was thoughtful enough to get our attention before he used a compressor that makes more noise than the rest of the process so we could move kitty farther away. We needed drywall in the unfinished portion of our basement. We contemplated doing it ourselves, but with material cost, we agreed we'd have a much better experience if we just contracted it out. Wow, was that the right decision!! H Drywall wasn't the cheapest quote we received, but I felt like Hector took his time with the quote and really understood what we wanted. From contract signing to delivery of drywall was 7 days, and work started that afternoon. 7 days later (5 working days, plus the weekend), the job is complete and ready for paint. It looks INCREDIBLE. I can't rave enough about the team--every single day, they arrived on-time and worked hard. They were so respectful of our home, too; they even brought their own microwave and plugged it in outside for their food, even though they absolutely could have used our microwave in the kitchen! The clean-up was extensive, and the only issues we had were a damaged light switch and a missing puck light--both of which were reimbursed in the final invoice. This is an honest, incredible company where the folks actually care about the job, and prioritize meticulous efficiency. I am delighted we chose them, and I'll be singing their praises for years! There was brown liquid spilled on the cabinets and floors, paint spilled on the floors, stairs & countertops, outlet covers missing (still not found), painter's tape still stuck to the walls & baseboards, and sunflower seeds littered across EVERY single floor in the house (including the in the carpet and the bathtub). I am shocked at the way the house was left and how sloppy this was. This was not the condition that it was supposed to be left in. I had a showing the next morning so had to spend over 3 hours cleaning it. I contacted the manager about it and received a $275 discount. They did offer to come back over and "take care of these items" but I had no time to let them come back so I had to take care of it myself. For how much I paid to for this to be done I expected way more from this company. I will not be using this company again.

The job took a couple days longer than expected but such is life when you're working with a lot of sq ft and simultaneously just had the floors refinished. The team was *incredibly thorough* with protecting the floors, walls, and other areas that weren't being painted. All of their prep work was top notch. The trim and baseboards came out gorgeous. And the rooms we had painted look incredible. It was a little more expensive than a couple other quotes, but I am very happy and feel like it was money well spent for very professional work. Attached photos are just two rooms, the green room they painted and did the baseboards. But they did work in 8-12 rooms in our house depending on how you count and every single one turned out great.

Erik came out to do the work and was just as wonderful -- professional, friendly, and meticulous. Everything looks perfect again! It's rare to find a company that truly stands behind their work and goes above and beyond for their customers.
