ICE gave me 10 bottles of used liquor which he estimated a value of $250. There is still a balance owed to me which I was promised I would be refunded within a couple of days, however, it's 2 months now without getting refunded. After numerous calls and texts asking for my money I have resorted filing a lawsuit with the advice from my lawyer, for my money, court fees and other fraudulent damage. My lawyer did some research and found numerous red flags for this establishment which will be further addressed in cour.
