Additionally, we were told we'd receive our final images with white backgrounds on November 1st. Our staff reached out 3 times following that and never heard back from him. We eventually had to file a dispute with Paypal in order to get the final images we were promised. We we're considering him for video services but decided not to go that route. Very thankful we didn't. Not only did he not have any type of professional portfolio to provide for videography, he literally sent us an image of an unedited video he had done. How in any way shape or form can someone determine video quality or expertise from an image? When I asked for testimonials/reviews I received a screenshot of an email from someone that said "Yes I did notice the rude guy was missing. Yay!" What kind of professional review or testimonial is that for a business? Needless to say this guy is completely clueless. He's full of excuses and lies, but thankfully we had full written documentation of correspondences to prove otherwise.
