He sits you in a conference room and talks about himself, his properties, how much money he has, his kids, and his ex-wife. HARDLY professional. If you know what the Napoleon complex (or short man syndrome) is, then you have a very clear picture of who he is. I could go on and on, but I figured I would warn would-be job seekers with Mancomm.
