Online QC Times isn't worth purchasing anymore. Times has very little news with MANY pages having 1/2 page ads taking up most of the pages. I'm not interested in sports, so don't read that part. I counted more than 6 1/2 pages taken up with ads. I pay 14.99/mo, but why waste even that much when there isn't anything to read. read more

Same as many people. Once you start a subscription, it cannot be cancelled. They keep charging my credit card and when the credit card company disputed it with the Quad-City Times, the QCT never responded. I finally had to have my credit card company block them. read more

I've tried for over one month to cancel my account and stop debiting my checking for $33/month. All phone numbers I've tried "Sorry, we're having a technical problem at the moment. Hold on while I transfer you..." Then transfer to a call center in the Philippines where the agent says he cannot cancel my account because they are having a technical problem. The agent admits they are having this technical issue for over one month. I can't cancel online because there is no option under Manage Account. I started this process over one month ago the same results with every phone call or account visit on their website. They are stealing my time and money. read more

Terrible definition of a newspaper. I've seen better high school newspaper! News 2 or 3 days old. I'm sure that has to do to the poor delivery service. About the only thing it's good for is obits and sports scores. Although I've seen the same Obituaries run for over a month!! 3 or4 weeks after the service. As do some of the same news articles. I ca n only guess is they want to make sure you didn't miss the days old news. Dont get me started on customer service or lack of it. Save your money. read more

On 12/27/22 at 8 AM I called the QC Times at this number (563)383-2200 I pressed 0 to speak with the operator a lady answered I didn't get her name but she was so rude to me and hung up the phone on me. I asked her if I can get some of the Newspapers that they don't use before they recycle them and she was very very rude to me. I guess she didn't have a merry Christmas. Ima pray for her. read more

As a new resident in the area I somehow thought taking the local paper would be a good way to learn more about where we now live. Circulation service is a disaster, maybe on my third telephone call a paper might show up, at a price that I think should include stock ownership in the company. They wonder why circulation has gone down, they aren't delivering the newspaper every day which we pay a fortune for! Lots of luck trying to reach ANYONE to correct the problem, the calls are outsourced to another state! This business has sunk to an all time LOW. Newspapers don't come, & when they do, they're sopping wet laying in a puddle not even near the front door, no bag, not tied. They obviously do not care about customers any longer. We cannot get them to stop delivering the newspaper! My mother loved the paper. She read it every day from front page to last page! Now that she has passed, QCTimes won't stop delivery. Every day we walk out to the porch to see another reminder that mom is no longer hear to walk out on her own to get her paper. We have called 8 times and sent 4 emails! Still a paper is delivered everyday. Customer Service can't seem to get it done!!! read more

I have tried to find out why my cost for the paper went to $55 per month.that is 4 increases this year.I spoke with another subscriber in my town and she only pays $38 per month with no increases I can get NO satisfaction with your personal at all your paper is too Damn biased and the news is next to nothing ,as far as I can see your paper is in the way out ,this is just more if FAKE news I subscribed to another newspaper as good or better than the QC Times and it costs one $14.00 per month and is a far better newspaper if it had e negative star for a rating i would have used that read more

For the second time in less than 2 weeks, I did NOT receive my E-edition delivery by email. I wrote to the Editor last time and no one ever contacted me. This company cannot help itself. The time before it took over 3 hours to get a link to the e-edition. Unless they change their ways they are doomed to fail. read more

The QC Times Davenport, IA paper continually goes up. The statements are sent out four and five months ahead of time and why would that be? The so called "premium editions" reduce the 52 week subscription substantially, which again makes you wonder. I would much rather read something else, which I will now be doing!! read more
