He convinced us to leave our contract with the main contractor, promised to finish our project quickly if we paid more, and assured us that our job was a priority. However, delays continued to occur due to what he stated were more financial constraints, equipment malfunctions, and personnel shortages. The project started in September 2024, and it is now August 2025 Kale later stopped communicating with us--he missed appointments, ignored calls, and left our messages unanswered. His contract was unprofessional, and he refused to sign a better one that would hold him accountable. He even took building materials we bought from our property without permission. Kale and his crew also sometimes showed up under the influence. After researching his company, we found that others had similar negative experiences. Now we have property damage and must hire someone else to fix his poor workmanship. We lost 80% of our funds to him on nearly a six-digit budget. DO NOT HIRE THIS PERSON!
