Unfortunately, the plywood they placed on the sidewalk did not prevent the damage. Sam said he would have a concrete company come out and repair it or contact the city to have it fixed. He was friendly and did not rush the estimate, taking time to find out what we needed, answer our questions, offer advice, and create a plan for the scope of the work. On the day of the removal, Brent and his team of nine guys - with a bucket truck, chipper, skid loader, and chainsaws descended upon the job and got right to it. It was immediately apparent they were professionals and impressive to watch how they all worked together like the proverbial well-oiled machine.
