Antiquing is a passion and sadly to say it's getting harder and harder to find antique shops. Many are filled with garage sale leftovers or crafts instead of quality antiques. This is the real deal. A rabbit warren of floors and rooms in an old building without air conditioning. A treasure to be found behind every turn. The guy at the register was a hoot -- full of corny jokes that kept me laughing. I was happy to see it was busy with people purchasing (myself included) which means it will still be in business next time I come around. read more

I have been going to this River District for years. There are several sellers that have good eyes and sell to move items, while there are others that are stuck in the past and must not do any research on there items and price there items so high they have been sitting in there booths now for 4 years that I have been going there. No problem by me they might of paid to much or just looking to make a great score, none of my business . I find a few things every time I go there , and the staff there are very great, friendly and always great to chat with. read more
