Merchandise ranges from hats and sweatshirts to homemade jewelry, candles and epic prints (scope the Supper Club map in my photos!) I left with a cozy Wisconsin hoodie ($40) and my boyfriend purchased not one but two Wisconsin hats ($35 each). This place has something for everyone and is an incredible way to support small and local business at the same time. You can even see the old safe, a potbellied stove and a jail cell in the back. We learned all of this from the delightful staffer, who also had homemade cookies set out! So that was pretty awesome. The shop itself is about 50% "antiques" (mostly Victorian era glassware), with the rest split between gifty stuff and alpaca merchandise. Now, you might think that's odd but Nueske's owns a herd of alpaca (why not?) and this the store sells alpaca socks, slippers and wonderfully soft woven blankets. If you're stocking up on bacon, it's worth a few minutes to check out this cute store.
