When my friend in Wausau heard of my flower woes, she offered to deliver from Randy's to Chicago. She had brought me to his shop, Evolutions in Design, when I visited her a couple of years ago, and his excellent taste stayed in my mind. So, thanks to my friend's generosity, I was able to relax and hand my flower problem over to Randy. I put my trust in his design sense. It was trust well-placed. The 12 arrangements were absolutely gorgeous, really breath-taking. They turned an austere, generic room into a place of warmth and beauty. The price was very fair for the richness of the arrangements I got. No skimping here, no fillers, just glorious flowers at their peak bloom. Because of that, I made it a point to find something I wanted and make a purchase. You don't get that kind of hospitality everywhere you go, really great prices too. We chatted for a bit while I browsed, and I told him about some of the record stores in my hometown, and musical tastes. Great selection of punk rock and metal for a small shop, really surprised me with what they had available.
