There are always plenty of staff milling around and the changing rooms are plentiful which means no queuing, not even in sale times! The quality and price are what you've come to expect from New Look and they've recently added a mens area and childrens too. I'm a real convert on the kids clother, I've been buying my little man jeans from here ever since they opened! Fab quality which really takes a battering from my 4 year old and washes well. The changing rooms let it down a bit as they are very basic curtain ones which are right in the shop and don't really have a designated area like you get with most high street stores.

My phone was stolen in New look fitting rooms and when I went to talk to the workers they didn't do…read moreanything to help and they seemed very suspicious. They also claimed that they had no CCTV which was obviously bullshit. They were extremely rude and did not seem to care about the situation at all. They also said that 5 other phones had been stolen on the same day which was even more suspicious on them .If you are reading this make sure to have a tight grip on your things just as I will next time I go if ever.

There is plenty of store space so the items are nicely laid out and it is easy to browse, even when the shop is fairly busy. The queues at the tills can be really long at the weekends, which is frustrating so they could do with having more than 2-3 people on the tills at one time.

The store is always really clean and the store lay out makes sense and you don't have to faff about going from corner to top to bottom to try and find things. I went here more recently just to get some tights and it was a NEXT sale, I thought heaven help me, however, I was wrong, it was not mayhem, it was perfectly ordered, the clothes were all hung up as if there was no sale on at all. Loads of staff on duty so the queue didn't last forever, again, met by two smiling checkout people, that had a good little system going between them. It's always straight forward at this store, the staff are always lovely, it's always immaculate, what is there not to like!!

Sometimes the clothes can be slightly expensive but the quality of the clothing is very good and lasts a long time. The staff are quite helpful and friendly at times depending on which days you go and visit. I guess at the weekend if you the weekend students serving and the service is rather dull. I think Evans is probably the best of the larger clothing specialty brands. The clothes they sell…read moreare mostly suitable for the younger and middle age range of the market. Lots of the designs are fashionable enough without being inapprpriate for larger ladies. The prices are on the higher side, so I often shop in their sales, because items are often very reduced in price. Evans is also the only shop I have found where you can buy a plunge bra in large sizes. The quality of their clothes is pretty good, but you do have to thoroughly check before you buy, because it can be a bit variable. They do gorgeous shoes too, unfortunately they are all in wider fittings, so for the narrow footed amongst us it's not a lot of cop. And they go up to a size 9 which is quite unusual. You can buy your whole wardrobe from here, the range is excellent. The staff in this particular branch are very helpful, and are always willing to give their opinion on what you're trying on if you want it. They are friendly, and hard working, and manage to keep the shop tidy, even in the busiest sale times!
