Instead, the woman who answered the phone was incredibly kind and empathetic, and she went back to see what bands they had in stock. There were 4 kinds, and since I didn't know the specific kind I needed, she said she would put all 4 bags up by the front desk. My daughter went to pick them up, immediately recognized the kind she needed, and I went to pay... No charge! This is the kind of professional, friendly, empathic care that used to exist in small towns, and I thought was a thing of the past. Thank you to everyone there! You brightened our day and our vacation. If I'm ever in need of a dentist while we're visiting Telluride, you'll be the first call.

I called the offices of Ryan Grady, DDS, at the dentistry center the next morning. I was offered an appointment that afternoon. Dr. Grady did a great job putting my veneer back on. I was in and out of the office in 45 minutes. It was such a treat to put my ski boots back on (they offer slippers for use in the office) walk back out to Chair Seven, put my skis back on and continue my lovely day of skiing.
