I had felt like I had tried just about everything: cutting dairy and gluten out of my diet, essential oils, prescription meds (both preventative ones like frovatriptan and sumatriptan, as well as IBP 800 mg and Tylenol 3 for after the fact), daith piercings, magnesium - pretty much everything you can try besides Chinese medicine. I started going toward the end of February of this year, and while it was expensive, I was able to buy the packages on my FSA card.
