I received my pellets in early November, and while they said it could take 6 weeks to 6 months to really notice, I noticed at about the end of the first week after receiving them. I was not sleeping well with spasms in my hand at night. After about 6 months of trying to remedy myself, I thought I'd try physical therapy. I wanted a place that was near my home, familiar and not so crazy busy like other practices. The office staff was super friendly and easy to work with. Kelsey was my primary PT and provided good movement/stretches that I could do at home. He individually focused on me during my sessions. The pain/numbness is lessened and mobility much improved.
