The facility is sea-themed, which I find pretty quirky, but the place is pleasant and clean. There is a t.v. on the ceiling above every exam chair, so you are entertained while you have your mouth probed. But most importantly, the staff and doctors are all extremely friendly and professional. There's nothing to be nervous about when going to the dentist anymore!

Went in for a bridge in October. Was given 2 temp crowns while waiting. These fell off about a day…read moreafter I got them. Went in a few times to reattach, fell off and were unable to stay in my mouth. Went back to receive permanent crown and not once, not twice, but THREE TIMES had to be remade. One of my teeth turned dark brown while waiting with no temp on it. Finally got a bridge that fit put in the end of December. This crown does not cover my anchor teeth. More than half of the back tooth is exposed. Also everytime I bite down I have pain in the front anchor tooth. Made another appointment to have it looked at and they tell me nothing is wrong. I waited another month to see if the pain will go away and it will not. Was told to reach out if still in pain and did on Monday. No one has called me back in 4 days now. Also asked about discounting an invisilign tray since I need to pay out of pocket and was told no, that it's not their fault that this happens because "they don't make bridges" and there will not be any thing they they will do for me.

I am almost eighty (80) years old and never have I been so extremely mistreated! From the moment that I walked through the door, it started! The Office Manager was very curt and rude, treating me so very disrespectfully, that I endured! After being brought back to the treatment room, it continued on! Doctor belittled, berated and disrespected me throughout my entire, approximately, twenty (20) minute appointment until I was crying uncontrollably! I expressed that I was unable to withstand any further pain! Therefore, requested another appointment to continue! But, my requests landed on deaf ears, and without even a slight acknowledgement! I never use flouride because it breaks my mouth out in blisters. Then they billed me for it. My insurance does not cover flouride and they know that. They should be required to ask before doing this.
