For every procedure I have done, they give me a total and then I receive an additional bill for services not covered by insurance. This is AFTER they prequalify the service. I have never paid what they said the services will cost. It's always more. I have also never had anyone answer the phone or call me back within 24 hours. They also DO NOT have hygienist who do anything. There is no traditional cleaning. It is crazy how this place operates. They took 24-30 x-rays - to add to the billing, no doubt. Then at the end of it all the "dentist" rubs fluoride all over your teeth with his gloved fingers. I'm sure that was an additional charge i wasn't told about. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE UNLESS IT IS THE ONLY PLACE YOU CAN GO.
