I ordered a large arrangement from River Walk for a funeral in Pueblo. Unfortunately when the arrangement arrived it was not what I ordered. The Amazing Grace Memorial marker was not there and it was not even close to the flowers pictured on the website. When I called I was told they sent what I ordered but when I sent a screenshot of what I had requested they admitted their mistake and offered to refund half of the cost of the arrangement That was in early November. It is now weeks later and I have not received a credit on my card and on 12/3 I was told they would mail a check and as of 12/26 I still have not received a check and they are not answering my messages. I'm very disappointed with the service and will continue to pursue the refund I was promised I just tried to call the owner and was yelled at by the owner I wish I could leave zero stars. read more

Just received a fruit basket from this company...three out of the 4 kiwis were over ripe and mushy, the nectaries were so over ripe the skin was peeling off.. they didn't even bother to take the PLU stickers off.., I threw half of the contents away. I ordered late (just the day before Mother's Day) but I would've appreciated some kind of warning of possibly running out of flowers to prepare the arrangement and late delivery. Beware! I ordered flowers and candy for my beloved brother-in-law's 80th birthday. His birthday was the day before Thanksgiving. I found out on Thanksgiving Day they had not arrived. I called the phone number provided on the website and noted there was no mention it was closed on holidays. The call was answered by a woman who identified herself as the owner. I politely asked about the order... I understand things can happen sometimes. The owner was incredibly rude and mean and belittling to me. I am a nurse and have worked many Thanksgivings. I know many florists work partial days on holidays. I finally interrupted her tirade and said I had not called to get a lecture from her. She hung up. I am incredibly disappointed. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! There are no flowers, no chocolate and absolutely no service. I hope I get a refund. read more

First let me start that I was going to give the lowest rating possible because I has the same negative experience as the rest of those people commenting on this establishment. But I came to realize that it wasn't the fault the the floral company itself it was that of a dishonest and lazy employee. Sadie, the owner was contacted by myself personally and was made aware of my particular situation. She expressed that this was not to the level of service that she demands of her staff and was more than apologetic for my situation. Sadie was so kind that not only did she replace the original bouquet of flowers and teddy bear with another, she trumped my order by also giving me anothe teddy bear with a box of chocolates and a small arrangement of roses for my granddaughters dance recite. Now I know there are people that complained, but I believe that if you had the opportunity to speak with Sadie those ones would be fives like mine is. HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I ordered my mother in law a bouquet for Mother's Day. I Spent $115 for the flowers, chocolates and 3 balloons. At 6:36 pm, I received an email stating the flowers had been delivered. I called my mother in law who informed me that she had not received anything, she even checked her cameras to make sure someone didn't come and get them. I immediately called the phone number that I had to find out where they were delivered to since she had not received them. About an hour later, after making many phone calls, sending emails and chats with the company, my mother in law received a call from River Walk Florist 719-543-4119, stating they could not find her address, therefore they would deliver her flowers the next day. The address was correct with correct spelling and everything. At approximately 10:00am the next day I called the florist to see when the flowers would be delivered, thinking they would deliver hers right away since she was supposed to get them the previous day, Mother's Day. Sadie was extremely rude and told me the driver has been out since 7am with deliveries and has a list to go down so they could not tell me when my mother in laws flowers would be delivered, but it would be sometime today. I AM NOT THE ONE THAT LIED AND TRIED TO STEAL YOUR MONEY, SO DON' TREAT ME LIKE I DID SOMETHING WRONG. EXTREMELY UPSET, my mother in law works and I knew she would be home on Mother's Day to get the flowers, today she has to work and will not be home so who know what will happen with the flowers. Wow. Please don't order from these people. I ordered through their website and they have some weird thing that it is transferred through another flower ordering website before they themselves get the order. Not sure what is going on there, but when I called to find out why the flowers were not delivered, they said that the driver attempted to deliver and no one home. After checking ring camera, nothing, so called back and they said the website 'I ordered them through' transposed the numbers. What?? The incorrect address does not even exist, so the driver saying no one was home was a lie. She apologized and said that they use an 'Uber' like delivery service, not an employee, and would be delivering the order two days later. Well, two days later and never any flowers. Called again that night and she said the driver broke down. It was now three days after the 'same day' order was placed for my mother who just had a major heart attack. If this company wanted the business, they would deliver it themselves first thing in the morning. Just awful. No thank you. Will be getting a refund. read more

My lovely neighbor was getting flowers delivered for her birthday today. She called to ask me if I could pick them up from her porch since she wasn't home and didn't want them to get ruined in the wind. They were delivered two houses down to another neighbor who delivered the flowers to the correct address after some confusion. I picked the flowers up *like my neighbor requested*. The delivery driver banged on my door and accused me of stealing the flowers and demanded I give them back so he could deliver to the correct address. After talking over me and being incredibly rude, and accusing me of stealing, I finally was able to explain (after I asked him to please quit interrupting me so I could explain the situation) that my neighbor had called me directly and specifically asked me to hold them for her until she got home. The delivery driver was INCREDIBLY rude and was also rude on the phone to my neighbor as well. "Well you should have explained that as the beginning," he said. I said "I was trying to, but you didn't want to listen to me and if you didn't keep interrupting me you would've heard what I was trying to say." Absolutely terrible customer service and would not recommend if you want flowers delivered to the correct house and if you don't want to be accused of stealing!!! I called to order a bouquet of flowers for mothers day for my mother in law. I said I wanted to spend $50. I was told by the florist that $50 would not be enough, so I agreed to $70. Well, that should have been my first clue to call someone else. The day before mothers day, Saturday, we received a photo of the "bouquet". The "bouquet" was what you would find at Walmart for $10 delivered in what looked like a drinking glass. For $70!!!!! We called the florist on Monday, which the number on the internet is not the building in Pueblo, its in North Denver. The owner, Sadie, advised us she used Door Dash, or something like that, that charged her a $20 delivery fee and Door Dash put the wrong tags on the wrong flowers and delivered them. Interesting how I was convinced to spend $20 more. I think it was to cover the overpriced delivery fee!!!!! Sadie apologized and said a new "bouquet" would be delivered Tuesday. No flowers arrived Tuesday. On Wednesday, we called Sadie 5 times and left messages. At 6:19pm EST we called again and she answered. She said she would have the manager of the Pueblo store call us. The manager at the Pueblo store called and said she would personally deliver a bouquet of flowers that evening. Flowers did arrive, along with a teddy bear, chocolates and 2 balloons. The new bouquet was now the $20 version at Kroger or Walmart. Still not a $70 arrangement I originally requested nor did it match any of the arrangements shown on their website. Also, I appreciate them trying to rectify the matter, a day late than promised but what 80 year old woman wants a teddy bear?!!!! I never received what i paid for and will be sure to never use this florist again. Their were many excuses due to corona, and supposedly difficulty getting flowers, if that was the case, don't take my money, tell me you cant fulfill my order.
