You tell them in person your issues and they tell you they will work on it but they don't. You pay too much to live at these apartments to be neglected. Maintenance has left unfinished repairs. Truthfully, this place is a nightmare. Jessica and her staff are of no help. For a place that markets themselves as luxury, I think there is nothing luxury about the experience of living there. Is the luxury in the room with us? I think not.
