The atmosphere was just as inviting as the staff; there was a side for serious breakfast eaters and a side for coffee and pastries type people. Speaking of pastries- the "cafe style" display of various goodies (cinnamon buns, muffins, croissants etc) was *drool* delicious looking. Will I eat here again- definitely. My husband and I both got the eggs benedict (he got the braised beef, I got the avocado smash). The English muffins were clearly made in store so they did not have that "store bought" flavour.... which some of us may prefer ‍. But the eggs were cooked perfectly soft, the hollandaise was to die for, and can we just highlight the POTATOES for a second . I was skeptical at first because they were a little dark, but seriously- they were amazing. Crispy, salty.. what more could you want. I also had the cappuccino, we know how I love a cappuccino- however this one hit a little under the bar. The coffee was strong so if you're into strong coffee then this is the place for you. I've tried eating there personally, and ordering by phone. They serve you flat fountain drinks that are flat no carbonation at all and when you send it back they still try snd charge you for it. If you ask for mustard which a condiment they charge you extra as a dipping sauce. They overcharge have the poorest customer relations and service. For awhile there was a sewer smell from the gas station attached. Save your money and drive a little further for good food and ambience. If you have allergies avoid at all costs they will not be honest or dont know what is in their food. Plus prices are expensive and the value just isn't there. Save yourself they money and disappointment by avoiding this establishment.

Unfortunately, the restaurant had a performer scratching out a few old Johnny Cash tunes. When I go to a restaurant, I go for the food, company and lively conversation. This was nearly impossible as we had to shout at each other to be heard over the music. My recommendation - can the music. It added nothing to the experience. The cost was acceptable. There was value for money. However, the piece de resistance was the banana cream crepe. Absolutely spectacular and worth every cent of the $8.50 price tag.
