As opposed to most principals who focus on administration, this principal is first and foremost an educator. This is reflected in the teaching staff ethos - they understand kids and are able to create a great teaching environment. The kids trust the teachers and thus able to learn, be creative, reach their potential while still be kids. That's not an easy eco system to create, but kinneret day school is exactly such a place.
