The foreman, Gerardo, was rarely on-site, communication was difficult, and I had to follow up for over five weeks to get the job completed correctly. Owner Gio also failed to follow through on commitments made to address our concerns. When investing in a fence, quality matters for long-term integrity and durability of the installation. We signed a contract on August 13th with a 50% deposit, but couldn't get a start date until the HOA approved. The HOA approved a few weeks latter and we were given an install date of November 16th. It was going to take that long because we ordered a specialty color (anything other than white) and there was a major back order from the manufacturer. I wasn't happy about it, but I understood and was patient. Just before the 16th of November I got a call saying that they had to cancel because the order still had not arrived. Again, I was disappointed, but things happen that are outside all our controls. On December 1st I got a call saying that they would be out on the 3rd to install. It was a great Christmas gift. They arrived just after 9am and worked until about 4:30 PM. They were awesome. They worked straight through, with no breaks and guys had wonderful personalities. Very easy to talk to and get along with. For the most part I let them alone to do their job. I felt confident that they knew what they were doing. There were some mishaps with busted irrigation pipes, but I realize that is the nature of the beast if you aren't sure where/how they are running. NO PROBLEM! They were prepared for these instances and repaired them without any problem. When they finished, they cleaned up after themselves and explained warranty and maintenance instructions. Customer service from start to finish was terrific and the saying is right...good things come to those who wait.
