I apologize for not remembering her name driving all night from Hanford California, will have that effect. The food was delicious, I ordered the 4 pc bacon, with hash browns and 2 eggs. It also came with toast I chose sourdough. Everything was cooked perfect. My oldest daughter ordered the homemade cinnamon roll. What they don't tell you is that they serve massive portions. I uploaded a picture of my daughter's cinnamon roll. We took it to go, we spent the next 3 days picking away at it every time we opened the fridge. I instantly regretted not getting a larger size, or - better yet - two larger sizes. I sleepily asked for a vanilla cold brew latte (not really a thing, but she figured it out for me) with oatmilk. I don't know what the sweet young woman working there did to make it so tasty, but all I know is that it was the best cup of coffee I've ever had. Thank you, Riverblendz!

Imo it's not too hard to make a great fun/elaborate drink because there's so many flavors that could mask meh espresso or coffee. But a coffee place really reveals itself when you get straight coffee. And with cold brew, water/coffee ratios can really vary. This cold brew was perfectly balanced - def not watery, but not overly strong. -cute merch that I was tempted to get I wish this place existed where I live! It would absolutely be my go-to place.
