The individual stores are not special unless it's your regular haunt, then you get to know the batistas & manager. Your Starbucks app & card work at any store. Great for auto-reloaders like me.

It is a holiday week, so I am sure they are as tired as the rest of us working people. This am they dropped the ball on Sausage Egg & Cheddar sandwich. It was not cooked all the way. In the past week I have also had one that was just warm. Today the center was still frozen. With a commute that is almost 2 hours, I did not have time to take it back once I realized it still frozen. ;(
