We own a restaurant in downtown Boise and had all of our employees shirts made by Riverside. They did an excellent job! We had fun messages printed on the back, and the color, quality and fit were just what we expected. Our employees wear the T-shirts every day, while they are cooking, cleaning, and they have held up great! No tears, or any issues. Loren the owner is awesome, and everyone there is so great with following up and delivering a high level of customer service. We highly recommend!!! read more

Three orders, all three were a disappointment. My employer requires that all of our uniforms are to be ordered Riverside, so they have a monopoly on a large local corporation. That being said they do nothing to ensure satisfaction. The quality of shirts offered is mediocre at best. They fade and tear quicker than any clothing I have ever purchased. They are overpriced and under quality. They also have terrible customer service. They just lost my most recent order and when I called I was given the tracking number and told "once its at the post office, it is in Gods hands". Really? I paid for shipping, the package was lost, now its my fault? Ridiculous. read more
