Went in last week to have a custom shirt printed for my mother in law's birthday; they were quick & very reasonably priced. I was so impressed, I brought my sons football team's jerseys here to have their names added. TShirts Plus went above & beyond. We got our jerseys back earlier than expected, and they even made a few small repairs to the shirts. Thank you so much- our boys are so excited!! Called at noon on a Friday for a shirt to be made for Sunday, Fathers Day...last second notice and they are closed weekends. Kristi was unbelievable....she took our order and fit it in during the afternoon. I will go here again and again and again. read more

Would not recommend this place for any kind of embroidery work. Had custom hates made which I specifically went over dimensions, font, color, and proportions with the cashier girl. Waited two days for the hats went to go get them and nothing at all like me and the girl had planned. Was told to call the owner but he's not very good at calling people back so might as well come back in at a time while he's there which I won't have time for because I planned this out for my kids birthday. Never gonna recommend this place again! read more

If you would like terrible customer service, unhelpful staff, and unprofessional business attire (low waisted jeans with nothing underneath), then you have found the right place. We tried to get a coffee cup printed with an image only to have the employee scoff and complain through the entire process. It was the most condesending customer service we have had in a long time. We finally had enough, demanded our thumb drive back and walked out. We were told the manager would be back in the next day. We called the manager to give them a heads up about how their employees are treating customers, but all the manager did was defend the employee and make it seem like we were at fault. I understand that customer service can be tough sometimes, but treating potential customers like this is intolerable. Dont waste your time, there at plenty of other places to get these sorts of services. Unless you don't mind the abuse and hassle of undertrained, rude staff. read more
