We got our roof done by Bravo, They did a good job installing the roof and it appears to be done…read morewell, but the cleanup was not completely done. We had roofing nails throughout our yard due to them using what appeared to be a leaf blower. With pets and or children that's problematic. Also our gutter downspouts were filled with debris. On another note we were informed that if we refer someone to them that has their roof done by Bravo we would get a $500.oo referral check. I referred our neighbor and 6 months later have not received that referral check, even after contacting them 2 months after neighbors were completed. With that being the case will they live up to their promise on the warranty of their work. Hmm ========================================================== After my initial post, Bravo roofing reached out to offer running a magnetic rake around the perimeter (to get any roofing nails I missed) and inspected my downspouts and addressed (if I missed any). They also honored the referral. So with that I'm changing the rating to a 4 star. I can't in good conscience give them a 5 star, since the cleanup should have been inspected and addressed at that time.

Took off existing layers put new plywood on before putting on new shingles. They were meticulous on cleaning up every piece of debris so we and our dogs would not step on anything. He told me he would email an estimate within a couple of days. We got the estimate and it was very reasonable, so we accepted. Anthony came back out with paint color samples for the railing as we were torn between a couple of colors. After seeing and comparing the samples with our existing trim, we made our choice. Anthony then put in the order and told us it would be a few weeks before the job could be scheduled. It was scheduled before I expected, which was great. I was happy with his overall service and pricing with these jobs....unfortunately I referred him to 3 neighbors that had some fencing come down and he did not show up for several weeks and the work was shoddy (Posts not plumb/lined up....concrete pours were shallow or holes not dug deep enough on several posts)....he gave countless excuses and all I asked of him was to do what was right or be honest.....from our perspective he was doing neither....claimed he would show up several times to discuss the concerns and he never did.....the neighbors asked him for a refund based on the work conducted and/or to give them the materials purchased so they could do it themselves or hire a new fence company......Rich never showed up and promised me he would do the right thing but never did.......Rich, there is always time to reconcile and do the right thing....I cannot leave you more than a 1-star review until you are willing to step up and correct what happened here.
