The sporting clays were a blast, but what really made the day memorable were the two staff members who assisted us at the shooting gallery on the afternoon of June 22, 2026. Both employees were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They maintained a safe, well-run range while going above and beyond to help everyone have a great experience. One staff member noticed that my mom's shirt wasn't suitable for the range and generously provided her with a spare shirt he had available. He also took the time to help my cousin replace a spring on his firearm after noticing it needed attention. The other staff member gave our group an excellent safety briefing that was both informative and entertaining. Later, he spent time giving my mom, aunt, and cousin a short lesson with their pistols after noticing they were struggling to hit the targets. Thanks to his coaching, all three were soon ringing the steel targets consistently, and they were absolutely thrilled. He even provided my mom with heavier-duty hearing protection when she mentioned the noise level was bothering her. The entire range was operated safely and professionally, and these two staff members truly stood out because of their patience, expertise, and willingness to help. Their customer service turned a fun day into a fantastic one. We are very grateful for their help and will definitely be returning to Raahauge's in the future. Highly recommended!

Been coming here for around 2 years and the last couple experiences broke the camel's back for me…read more I did like this place. Never had an issue with the cashiers, sad to hear other people's experiences with them. The area is nice and spacious which is why I liked going here, you get your own bay and usually nobody bothers you. For 2 hours you'll pay 32 buck with cash and 37 with card. The wait can be brutal so get there early in the morning. There was a group of 4 of us this one time. The 2 older Range Officers, a middle aged Asian American guy and an old geezer probably in his 60s, they kept annoying us and tried multiple times flirting with our chick friend in the group. The chick friend told me she's goin' to stick next to me, so the Range Officers would stop interacting with her. Never had the Range Officers give my group this much attention. Long story short that broke the camel's back for me. I was at the 50 yard bay shooting a pistol with one hand, at a steel target provided by the range. Shot one handed here before with no issues. A younger Range Officer yelled at me and said what I was doing. I calmly replied back with no demeanor or with a rude attitude. I guess he didn't like me replying back to him when I answered his questions, then the middle aged Asian American Range Officer quickly comes up to talk to me. I replied calmly to him too, I apologized to deescalate the situation and he still kept being a fat d*ckhead. Then the old geezer Range Officer in his 60s who talks like he has sh*t stuck up his ass, I think he's the master of them, comes up to the bay and talks to me. He also didn't like it when I calmly replied back, it made him even more mad. If ya have a tough skin you'll be fine. The Range Officers are rude, except for one. Don't talk back to the Range Officers, they don't like it haha. Maybe you'll have a better experience here than I have. Won't be coming back here sadly.

The staff was incredibly friendly and professional throughout the entire day. The Highlights: - Great Discounts: They offer a $10 discount for medical professionals. With a lot of Filipinos in the medical field who love exercising their Second Amendment rights, this was a massive hit with our group. - The Steel Gallery is a Must: We started in a private lane but lost some time setting up paper targets. Pro-tip: The ground is hard, so hammering stakes takes some effort, and definitely don't use PVC pipes if you are shooting shotguns! If coming on a weekend, go early morning. Moving over to the steel targets completely saved the day. There is nothing more satisfying than hearing that crisp **"PING!"** every time you land a hit. Family & Fellowship: While the guys had a great time, the ladies actually had an absolute blast. They took over the line shooting rifles, shotguns, and various pistols we brought along. A huge shoutout to the excellent Range Master at the steel target range who kept things safe and fun. It was a phenomenal day of solid bonding and making memories. We already can't wait to come back!

Just finished up a day at Route 66... had a private bay and all…read more.. the reservation didn't have to be made too far in advance but was definitely worth planning for. check in was as smooth as smooth can be... everyone behind the counter was super attentive & and personable ... the RO's at the private bays were EXTREMELY accommodating... very patient and enthusiastic about everyone being their while keeping everyone safe... I seriously can't thank the team enough to make sure that our visit went as smooth as possible elaina (sp) and team assured 100% that the fam and I will be back for more fun and safe shooting... thanks all to the route 66 team!

I've been shooting for the last 15 years. From the casual aspect, the super duper tactical aspect, and now just the conceal carry aspect. I also use to instruct my self part time back in the day. So my knowledge and view point of shooting is vast. And I still learned some new things from them. Good point of views and instruction from them that made me a better shooter. And more prepared for daily carry. Great groups of guys and girls teaching the classes. No filler, no bad info. No nonsense from guys who want to show people Hollywood moves that don't actually help. Very inviting to all types. Casual, older, younger. Tactical and new shooters. Men and women. Very well tailored and one of the better pistol courses I've taken. Highly recommend. Will probably be one of the only classes I take for my CCW from here on.
