She is kind, patient, patient, thorough and a wonderful professional. She worked with my insurance to get her the best hearing aids and maximize her coverage. From making the appointment to the in-home hearing test to bringing her the hearing aids for final adjustments, the experience with Dr. Emma was excellent- absolutely 5-stars. She was even kind enough to squeeze in making an adjustment to my Mom's hearing aids right before a big holiday. If you're thinking about calling them, I say don't hesitate. Most of the time he's trying to fill in my insurance and payment information himself. He doesn't have an assistant. He had at most one min listening to me. I went (in the freezing cold) to their office where the (same) receptionist told me the apptmt was not in the computer. I wonder if that was due to her writing on the card the wrong year! She told me Crystal wasn't in anyway. If she had (once again) done her job & put my appointment in, she could have called & told me not to come & made another appointment!
