From kids breaking my AirPods, getting assaulted, making instagram account about me making me feel suicidal and now I get recorded in the locker room while I'm taking a number 2. Maturity no longer exists here. Franklin High School= A Cesspool. I'm sorry, but the school authorities don't care enough to stop bullying. It's amazing so many people haven't lost their minds while getting bullied here. I'm not the only person who's going through these things, if they don't stop, who's to say these animals won't do the worst?

They have a good academics record, active sports program, fantastic music department, excellent teachers, a very informed and involved principle, supportive parents, and lots of school spirit. The building and equipment are up to date. This is a school students, teachers, parents and alumni should be, and are, very proud of. I know I am.

I really wasn't supposed to come to Hally Magnet Middle School, but after spending one day at…read moreBeaubien Middle School I knew I had to get out. So after a discussion with the principal, I was able to get into the school the next day. This is one of a few schools in Detroit that you have to take a test to get into, and focuses only on supporting those children who WANT to get an education and learn. I had a great time here, although I only spent two years here instead of three (as most kids did). The teachers were tough and demanding, and it showed in the test scores and exemplary work the students did. Class sizes were small and accommodating, and I left here with a lot of close friends that also went to Renaissance High School and University of Michigan.
