Businesses include Frame It, D' Apple Cafe, China Spring, Coder School, Pet Market, Eye Contact West, State Farm, Dairy Queen, Hector's Flooring, and services for dental, tanning, nails, and chiropractic. I really like Guidos Pizzeria and Restaurant which has a take out counter and dining room. I have eaten there a couple of times. Other than Guidos there isn't anything really unique that would draw me to this mall. It is neatly landscaped like all of Coral Springs and there is plenty of parking. It is good for a quick grocery run to Publix or a breakfast at D'Apple.

Sea Ranch Lakes was named after the landmark Sea Ranch Hotel, located across from North Ocean Drive, the main public road. The Lakes was added because of the village's two artificial lakes. If you ever driven along A1A in this area you would notice this plaza for its domed sky mural that sits over a fountain and is ringed by palm trees. At night the mural is illuminated. The shopping center was built in 1966 and renovated and partially redeveloped in 1996 and 2005. Anchors include Publix, a CVS Pharmacy and a Dollar Tree. Other businesses include First Watch, Sushi Runner, Dunkin', Edward Jones, Simply Golf, Liquors & Lounge, Executive Offices, Patchington, and Very Boutiquey. Sea Ranch Centre is near the gated residential community of Sea Ranch Lakes and the bordering city of Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. It serves as a place where the luxury hi-rise ocean front condominiums and hotels can get there every day errands done like grocery shopping or grabbing a quick meal. It is so helpful to have a Publix at the beach. An added bonus is the ease of parking.

Located in the Sea Ranch section of Fort Lauderdale, it's just north of Lauderdale by the Sea right off A1A. There's plenty of parking and it's kept very clean and tidy. The Publix is a bit smaller than some of the other ones in the area, but it does have the basics...The CVS and Dollar Tree are about average for their size and selection. Lots of places to get burgers, sushi, pizza, etc. If you choose to take public transportation, the BCT bus #11 will stop right in front of the shopping center.

The main attraction here is Publix. They completely renovated the store, and it looks really nice and modern. That has been the main reason I've visited since the plaza reopened. The parking lot is large and open, although it can be a little annoying since the lanes are directional. Overall, though, it is easy enough to navigate and there is plenty of parking. Aside from Publix, the plaza also has a pet hospital, real estate office, tax service, credit union, and an after-school program. There used to be a Jamaican restaurant here, but I no longer see it, so I'm not sure if they are planning to reopen. I also like that there are multiple entrances and exits, which makes getting in and out a little more convenient and helps with traffic flow. Overall, it's a nice, newly renovated plaza, and the updated Publix is definitely the highlight for me!

It is on the southwest corner of Atlantic and Rock Island Road. There are 640 parking spaces. Palm Lake Plaza is anchored by a Publix. Other businesses include CVS, Five Guys Burger and Fries, Starbucks, Subway, UPS, Banfield Pet Hospital, BB&T Bank, Golden Krust Caribbean Bakery, Before Hearing Center, Cricket Wireless, and First Bank of Florida. There are also hair and nail places, a lawyer, jewelry store, real estate, urgent care, a dentist, Learning City, a check cashing store, and a place to fix your phone. Plans were submitted last year to demolish the existing Publix and create a large more modern one. This would be welcome as this Publix has cramped aisles and looks dated. It looks very 80's Florida strip mall and the whole plaza could use a facelift. Still it has a good selection of dining options like Five Guys and useful businesses and services where you can run your errands. I am at the UPS at least once a month dropping off Amazon returns.

Other businesses include The UPS Store, Massage Envy, Publix Super Market, Jersey Mike's Subs, West Boca Medical Center, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Menchies' Yogurt, Bank of America, Starbucks, and Fifth Third Bank. One of my favorite businesses is the new Skillets serving breakfast and lunch. There is a good mix of shopping, dining, and services. The property was built in 1985 but it was completely remodeled in 2010 when it was enhanced with a large Publix and a bougainvillea pergola with benches. A set of pillars signals your arrival into the plaza. It looks to be of the type of well manicured shopping centers you would expect to find in Boca Raton.

I came to the plaza to pick up a take out dinner from the new Miami Kebabs. Fisho Sushi & Thai and Waao! Market Coffee Shop & Bakery are other businesses I'm interested in checking out. Waao! is a Latin American restaurant, grocery store, and bakery. This is a small sized plaza but it is still a good mix of places to eat and services making it a useful place to do business for the Coral Springs community.
